Pre-orders update

Hello everyone!

I'm on a business trip so I won't be at my home this week, but I wanted to give you great news about the kokomi wallets!! (I'm writting this update on the train so sorry if it looks messed up..!)

The great news is that the production of the new Kokomi wallets has already finished!! This time my manufacturer will shipp them by air so they'll be at my home really soon!!



I'll be back at home next week and I'll work super hard to get all your wallets shipped before the end of the year!

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well!

I started shipping the wallets in October, from the oldest order (the first one I had) to the newest one. I'm so happy to finally be able to bring your packages to the post office! I can't wait for you to start receiving them!!!

I wanted to start earlier, but I tested positive for covid the last week of September and it left me very weak, plus I didn't want to contaminate your orders, so I've been in my room recovering, but don't worry, I'm at my 100% now and my family is helping me with the orders! We're working together to prepare and send all the orders in the shortest time possible!

I'll contact you to confirm your shipping address when your order is ready to go, and you'll receive a message from Big Cartel on the email you used to place your order once it's shipped.

Important info

To conclude, I have something important to tell you. Did you remember back in August that I woke up to some of the boxes finally arriving at my house? I noticed that one box from this shipment was missing, so I immediately called the shipping company, and they told me that, indeed, one of the boxes had been left in the warehouse and that I would receive it in the next few days. I waited 3 days and called them again because I was worried about my box, and since that day, everything has gone wrong. They told me that my box had disappeared and that they didn't know where it was...

I got very mad at them, I kept calling them and investigating on my end where my box was and I found out that it was in a warehouse in my city from another company (Amazon). I told them about it and they only told me that it was very difficult to retrieve lost items at Amazon and that I had to wait (MORE) to maybe get my box back. At this point, I have anxiety attacks almost everyday but I keep calling them and talking with my manufacturer to solve this as soon as possible. I wanted to solve this without worrying you, but I want to be transparent, so I decided to tell you eveything.

The missing box was full of Kokomi wallets, so I only had 16 pieces of this design that I already sent to the first 16 persons who bought it. I'm really sorry and I I feel really bad for you guys.

In the end, I lost hope and decided to pay again to redo the Kokomi wallets. My manufacturer is already working on them, and she told me that they'll be faster this time and will try to send them by air so they'll arrive faster! So hopefully the new Kokomi wallets will be there by the end of November.

First of all I wanted to let you know that the orders that only included cardholders have been shipped already, some of them have already arrived, thank you very much for sharing them in your social media, it makes me very happy to see that you like them!

Last time I told you that only the Venti and Zhongli wallets had been sent to me, but a few days later they sent me all the others! Last Saturday I woke up to some of the boxes finally arriving at my house!

At the moment I'm doing the quality check of all the wallets to make sure that the ones you receive are perfect and flawless!

I would like to thank you for all the patience and understanding you are having with me, this has been my first big project and I am learning a lot along the way, the good thing is that I already have experience preparing orders, so that step will be quick! Plus I will have the help of my sis to make it even faster!

Let me give you great news! The wallets are finally on their way to my home! Since there are a lot of pieces they will be sent in batches, the first one was sent a few days ago and it contains the Zhongli and Venti wallets so I'm already preparing the freebies to pack your orders faster once they arrive, if you chose these designs you will receive your orders first, but don't worry! the rest of the wallets will leave the factory soon, they are adding the last details and doing the quality check and soon they will all be on their way!
