  • Do you ship worldwide?

  • Regarding shipments to the U.S.

Due to the new tariff regulations, all orders to the U.S. will be shipped by DDP (NO additional charges upon receipt) 

Import duties are included in the shipping costs and now all orders will have a tracking number so you DON'T need to add the shipping upgrade listing to your cart ❤

  • Where is my order shipped from?

I pack and ship every order from Spain! ❤

  • When will you ship my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days ❤ unless your item is in pre-order, in that case the approximate date of shipment will be indicated in the description of the listing.

 

  • Is there a tracking number for my order?

By defect your order will be sent using standard shipping which has no tracking, so if you want a tracking number for your order please add the SHIPPING UPGRADE (Tracked) listing to the cart!


  • When I will receive my order?

These are the estimated shipping times, but please keep in mind that it can take longer during holiday season.

  Spain :  7-14 days

  Europe: 7-30 days

 International: 14-30 days

  • What are your returns and exchanges policies?
We don't accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. But, please, if you have any problem with your order (wrong/damaged item) contact me with your full name, order number, and photos of the order and we will find a solution together!
